Junior Support Specialist - Dynamics 365 NAV

As a Junior Support Specialist, you will be working closely with a team of specialists, while responding and resolving customer support requests.

Daily duties will include:

- being part of a team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central application specialists;
- responding and resolving customer support requests related to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployments;
- escalating and/or collaborating with other members of the support team to resolve issues; 
- adhering to support and change management processes;
- assisting the solution team during User Acceptance Testing; 
- creating document guides and training manuals.

The suitable candidate must have:

- Fundamental knowledge of accounting 
- Knowledge or experience using an ERP/Accounting Systems (e.g. Dynamics NAV or Sage) is considered an asset 
- A good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Spoken Italian will be considered an asset
- Ability to use positive language
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Support Specialist - Dynamics 365 NAV

As a Support Specialist, you will be able to interact with customer support requests whilst working in a team environment.

Daily duties will include:

- being part of a team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central application specialists;
- responding and resolving customer support requests related to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployments;
