Junior Developer

As an Junior Developer, you will be able to grow through involvement in all stages of  development, from design to development to testing. An interest in Software Development and excellent communication skills are also required.

Daily duties will include:

- training and familiarising on core technology platforms including C# .Net & .Net core, SQL Server, HTML/JS/CSS and JS frameworks;
- specialising in one or more of the following technologies – Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure platform, PowerBI, Xamarin, Nintex, SharePoint and CRM platforms;
- providing 2nd line support involving technologies mentioned above resolving customer software solution issues; 
- working on assigned development tasks ;
- assisting in solution testing and deployment phase; 
- compiling test scripts, deployment procedures and support documentation as required;
- delivering on-site client training;
 - getting Microsoft certified along the way.  

The suitable candidate must have:

- A good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile 
- Good troubleshooting skills 
- An aptitude for software development would be considered an asset;
- Understanding of, and ability to write clean object-oriented code 
- Knowledge in relational databases and schema design 
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English

Helpdesk Support Officer

As a Helpdesk Support Officer, he/she will be working to provide support through the resolution of client incidents.The position involves working in a team in order to provide user and technical support to company customers.

Daily duties will include:

- providing the first line of support to the company's customer base ensuring that support incidents are logged and tracked;
- following up and report on the resolution of incidents raised by clients, in respect of software and applications provided by the company;
- responding to queries or ask questions to determine nature of problem both by email or over the phone;
- monitoring SLAs timings and alert technical teams accordingly;
- compiling 'How-To' fact sheets for customers

The suitable candidate must have:

- a good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile
- excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- spoken Italian will be considered an asset
- aptitude for technology would be considered an asset
- ability to use positive language
- time management skills
- attention to detail and willingness to learn

IT Systems Administrator

As an IT Systems Administator, he/she will be working to maintain, upgrade and manage our network infrastructure, software and hardware. He/she will use their resourcefulness to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. He/she should be able to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly. He/she should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users

Daily duties will include:

- Monitor performance and maintain systems running at their optimal level;
- Participate in the delivery of IT projects;
- Install and manage network servers and other technology tools;
- Set up accounts, PC and laptops;
- Troubleshoot issues and outages;
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls;
- Update systems through a scheduled patch management process;
- Update internal knowledgebase with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

The suitable candidate must:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role;
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management;
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery;
- Previously worked on Windows server operating systems and platforms;
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience with managing virtual environments on premise or Cloud like Azure will be given preference;
- BSc in Information Technology/network related discipline or MCAST advanced diploma in IT, will be considered an asset;
- Professional certification e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus

IT Services Manager

As a Services Manager, he/she will be working closely with the Internal Services team as well as with the CEO. He/she will be overseeing IT and associated systems while coordinating the support team. He/she must possess excellent verbal and written communication, paired with previous experience in a similar role.

Daily duties will include:

- Plan and implement budgets, monitor expenditure, income and cash flow; identify areas for improvement and either address them or elevate them to the CEO or Board as appropriate;
- Manage all day to day office, property issues to ensure “business as normal”;
- Oversee IT and associated systems, identify areas for improvement and either address them or elevate them to the CEO as appropriate;
- Actively participate as part of the Senior Management team of the organisation;
- Provide line management function for service team;
- Assess performance of the Internal Services team annually and address any issues arising;
- Coordinate and Manage the Support team including their roster and any training required from time to time

The suitable candidate must:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field, Experience with Computers and Networks, Leadership, Management, Staffing;
- Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication;
- Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Teamwork;
- Attention to Detail, Working Under Pressure, Ability to Meet Goals

Senior Solutions Developer

The selected candidate will participate in analyses workshops to define requirements for large enterprise and governmental projects. He/she will lead and take full technical responsibility in the design, development, testing and implementation phases in the software development process. The candidate will be coordinating activities with the development team, providing technical advice to the team on a daily basis. He/she must possess excellent object-oriented skills, experience in .NET and SQL Server technologies and a high quality level of verbal and written communication.

Daily duties will include:

- being responsible to lead analyses workshops and define enterprise projects requirements;
- leading and taking full technical responsibility in the design, development, testing and implementation phases in the software development process;
- coordinating activities with the development team and provide technical advice on a daily basis;
- identifying and communicating best practices in programming;
- building efficient and reusable systems and abstractions ;
- compiling necessary Project Documentation

The suitable candidate must:

- have excellent object-oriented skills, with a minimum of five years working experience in .NET, and SQL Server technologies;
- hold strong knowledge of HTML, ASP.NET, CSS and JavaScript; 
- have an understanding of, and desire to write clean and object oriented code;
- have sound knowledge in relational databases and schema designs;
- be attentive to detail & have strong organizational skills;
- boast an affinity for agile methodologies;
- have the ability to work independently without a lot of direction; 
- hold strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- BSc in Information Technology/network related discipline or MCAST advanced diploma in IT, will be considered an asset.
