eGovernment
In their quest to reduce the digital divide, Governments are constantly seeking for new ways to bridge the physical distance between the citizens' homes and public services offices. eGovernment addresses the fundamentals of personalisation, fast delivery and Government service availability anywhere, anytime, in order to bring Governments closer to citizens like never before.
The platform represents a secure framework whereby citizens, organisations and public service institutions can safely interact, making ICT the primary information vehicle for Governments to communicate directly with the public at large.
Citizen Management
Citizens are provided with the facility to have a single, unique Electronic Identity (eID) that allows them to make use of the various Government services offered online, without them having to register multiple times to gain access to different e-Services.
Organisation Management
Likewise, organisations are given access to the various online Government Services. The profile of the organisation is created and managed by the Organisation Manager, the individual appointed to represent the organisation electronically.
Agent Management
Local councils, NGOs and professional services organisations can be assigned the power to act as intermediaries between public service institutions and citizens, aiming at creating an all inclusive eGovernment which meets the needs of all citizens alike.
myGov Portal
The myGov Portal - a fundamental element for any eGovernment solution - is the outward facing technology that makes Government e-Services and public information easily accessible to citizens and organisations.
eServices Management
Providing the technology to make available all of the different eServices on the Government portal, eServices Management supports the plugging-in of third parties' eServices that adhere to pre-set standards.
