Junior Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you will be able to interact with customer support requests whilst working in a team environment.

Daily Responsibilities.

  • being part of a team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central application specialists;
  • responding and resolving customer support requests related to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployments;
  • escalating and/or collaborating with other members of the support team to resolve issues;
  • adhere to support and change management processes;
  • assisting the solution team during User Acceptance Testing;
  • creating document guides and training manuals.

Required Skills.

  • Knowledge or experience on ERP/Accounting systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting
  • Previous experience in an application support role is considered an asset
  • A good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Spoken Italian will be considered an asset
  • Ability to use positive language
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
