Front Desk Officer

As a Front Desk Officer, you will be able serving as the first point of contact with the clients of the company. You will be tasked with essential front desk activities while providing outstanding customer service and support.

Daily duties will include: 

- Greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion through incoming customer calls, chats, emails or visits;
- Logging and documenting support issues in CRM (ensuring all relevant information is added to each incident/request record) - Full training given;
- Identifying, and escalating incidents and requests promptly to the appropriate source without causing delays to priority work;
- Ensuring that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner;
- Proactively developing customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level;
- Sorting and distributing any mail/packages to the respective departments;
- Maintaining an adequate stock of stationery and other related company requirements;
- Assisting in other clerical duties.

The suitable candidate must have: 

- a minimum experience of one year in a similar position;
- an ‘O’ Level standard of education;
- fluency in both Maltese and English. Knowledge of Italian will be considered an asset;
- a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and Word;
- an excellent level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution;
- effective communication skills and the willingness to be a quick learner;
- an eye for detail;
the ability to multi-task and work on his/her own initiative.
 previous experience dealing with multiple clients and technology products & solutions considered an advantage.

Solutions Developer

As a Solution Developer, you will be able to interact with customers whilst working in a team environment.

Daily duties will include: 

- obtaining knowledge and experience on core Microsoft technology platforms C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core;
- acquiring knowledge and experience on web technologies HTML, JS, CSS, Ajax and JS frameworks;
- getting knowledge and experience on Microsoft SQL Server SQL, T-SQL, triggers, jobs and schema design;
- increasing awareness of other Relational and No-SQL Databases;
- providing second line support to the company's customer base involving technologies mentioned above;
- assisting in solution testing and deployment phases;
- compiling test scripts, deployment procedures and support documentation as required;
- delivering on-site client training when required;
- getting certified along the way.

The suitable candidate must have:

- Good troubleshooting skills

QA & Support Specialist

As QA and Support Specialist, the suitable candidate would be responsible for ensuring that the smooth operation of our software solutions at all time and providing customers support including account management, implementation and support. 

 

Daily duties will include: 

- obtaining knowledge and experience on core Microsoft technology platforms C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core;
- acquiring knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or any other Relational Database;
- designing and reviewing test cases based on requirements and non-functional features;
- designing and Implementing automated tests;
- performing regular manual and automated testing;
- reporting and managing defects between all stake-holders;
- suggesting improvements involving all stake-holders;
- documenting deployment and support procedures as required;
- providing the first and second line of support to the company's customer base involving technologies mentioned above;
- following up the resolution of incidents raised by clients;

D365 Business Central Solution Consultant

As a D365 Business Central Solution Consultant, you will be able to take on various Dynamics 365 Business Central projects alongside a team of experienced application specialists.

Daily duties will include: 

- being part of a team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central application specialists that is constantly growing;
- taking on a leading role on various Dynamics 365 Business Central projects;
- participating in discovery sessions/pre-sales activities to understand the client's business objectives and system needs;
- collaborating with the Solution Architect to design the solution that best meets the customers’ requirements; 
 - communicating progress and manage expectations, escalating issues to Project Management;
- participating in building solutions leveraging the Dynamics 365 Business Central core configuration capabilities;
- preparing test scripts and lead testing sessions to ensure the solution performs as expected;
- leading client training sessions
- supporting clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption 

 

The suitable candidate must have: 

Solid accounting knowledge and/or background in Finance
2 years’ experience in a similar D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV role 
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
A good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Time management skills

Junior Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you will be able to interact with customer support requests whilst working in a team environment.

Daily duties will include:

- being part of a team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central application specialists;
- responding and resolving customer support requests related to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployments;
- escalating and/or collaborating with other members of the support team to resolve issues; 
- adhere to support and change management processes;
- assisting the solution team during User Acceptance Testing; 
- creating document guides and training manuals.

The suitable candidate must have:

- Knowledge or experience on ERP/Accounting systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting 
- Previous experience in an application support role is considered an asset
- A good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Spoken Italian will be considered an asset

Junior Developer

As an Junior Developer, you will be able to grow through involvement in all stages of  development, from design to development to testing. An interest in Software Development and excellent communication skills are also required.

Daily duties will include:

- training and familiarising on core technology platforms including C# .Net & .Net core, SQL Server, HTML/JS/CSS and JS frameworks;
- specialising in one or more of the following technologies; Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure platform, PowerBI, Xamarin, Nintex, SharePoint and CRM platforms;
