Francois Grech, co-founder and CEO, oversees Exigy’s long-term vision and international growth strategy.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning corporate IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale solution delivery across Malta, the UK, Italy and Germany, he continues to guide the organisation through its next phase of evolution.

Dominic Scicluna — Chief Commercial Officer
With over two decades of international experience, Dominic Scicluna has contributed significantly to shaping Exigy’s growth. His background in consultancy, project management, and enterprise platform delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Asia allows him to support organisations looking for long-term digital partners rather than transactional suppliers.
