Last Thursday, Exigy joined up with our partners HSL Hospitality for the next entry in our series of webinars.
Titled ‘Il Controllo Di Gestione Nell’ Era Digitale: Le Soluzioni Per L’Hospitality‘, various members of the Italian hotel industry were invited to have a chat about the key benefits of introducing technology into their business, maximising the efficiency during this new normal.
Our CEO, Francois, introduced Exigy to our audience. Similarly, Paolo Tedeschi, CEO of HSL, also gave an introduction of our partner. Francois then briefly discussed the capabilities of the award-winning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, before making way for the event speakers.
The webinar utilized Microsoft Teams, allowing attendees to easily access the event from any device. The tool also provided a Q&A platform, allowing users to ask any questions throughout the event.
The first topic of the discussion was the importance of introducing management control tools, which was discussed by Maurizio Costanzo, a partner at HSL. This interesting section discussed the current Italian hospitality industry as a whole, as well as why management control tools are so important in enabling businesses to adapt to any circumstance. It was great to hear about Maurizio’s insights into the industry!
The next topic was then followed up by our own expert Nicola, who presented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud Solution. This engaging part of the conversation highlighted the flexibility of this solution which, powered by cloud technology, is a viable solution for any size of business.
Nicola also discussed the capability of Business Central to integrate Power BI, a powerful business intelligence tool to modernize data reporting for advanced financial analytics. This was a highly anticipated section, with our attendees also making use of the Q&A feature to ask questions about this powerful platform and what it can do for their business.
Lastly, the team used the Q&A section to address any of the queries brought up by our guests. It was great to see the attendees interested in introducing technology and innovation into their business.
