Exigy took center stage once again as the proud organizer of the highly anticipated Kick Off 2024 event, held last week at the wonderful Xara Lodge. This year’s theme, “Leveling Up Our Journey,” underscored the company’s unwavering commitment to continuous development and improvement across all facets of its business processes.
Understanding Our Journey: A Vision for 2024
The event kicked off with an insightful keynote address by our CEO, Francois, who provided a comprehensive overview of the remarkable strides made in 2023 and outlined the ambitious roadmap for the coming year. Level Up – Understanding our Journey was the first topic to set the tone for a day, and was dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence.
Tony, our dedicated Customer Success Manager, delved into the crucial topic of enhancing our ongoing service to customers. The session, named Boost Customer Support, was a testament to our commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences and ensuring their success aligns seamlessly with ours.
Following up on this was Adrian, one of our esteemed co-founders, who took the stage to share intriguing insights during Shaping the Solution. His engaging presentation provided a unique perspective on shaping innovative solutions that resonate with our ever-evolving industry landscape.
The highlight was of course the team-building activity, Flat Out Pyramids, which brought a burst of excitement as teams raced against the clock to construct Pyramid-shaped structures, fostering teamwork, precision, and creativity.
Together, the team was able to work to build a construct that even the ancient Egyptians would have been proud of! A huge well done to all the teams for their contribution.

Last but certainly not least, our team was able to give thanks to a few particular team members who helped shaped a successful 2023. A huge well done goes out to Moira, Philip, Jeremy, Sadri, Joseph & Blend, who picked up the illustrious Inspired Minds Awards for their contribution and teamwork over the past year!
