This year’s edition of the Kick Off event took place over the last week. To ensure the safety of our team, this year marked the first all-virtual edition of the Kick Off. Divided into three separate days, the activity-packed event was there to help all members of Exigy to sync up and get ready for the year to come.
Powered by Microsoft Teams, the team was able to remotely connect from the comfort of their home offices in what was yet another truly memorable annual event!
The event started off with our Managing Director, Francois, giving the team a look back at what was certainly a different year. This was then followed up by giving Team Exigy a glimpse at what 2021 holds.
This was quickly followed up with each of our respective department managers giving their own overviews of successful projects and noteworthy achievements. It was certainly interesting to see all of the different departments and what they’ve managed over the past few months!
Another key task for the team was Feedback Workshops. Split up into 6 equal teams, the team made use of the useful Teams ‘Breakout Rooms’ feature, which helped each team to have their own private feedback sessions.
Concluding the event, the management took some time to summarize all the key points highlighted in the discussions, while also taking the time to acknowledge some of our Inspired Minds for their contribution this year.
Throughout the event, Team Exigy were also challenged with a number of quizzes with various themes, congratulations to our three winners; Abel, Lee & Manoel!
