As part of our mission to introduce technology to various businesses and industries, the team has successfully launched the first in a series of webinars regarding digital transformation within the hospitality sector. The first entry in this series, titled ‘Ottimizza La Gestione Nel Settore Alberghiero’, invited members of the hotel industry to discuss management tools for businesses looking to take the next step in their digital journey.
The Live Event was hosted on Microsoft Teams using the new Live Event feature. This tool allowed for the event to effortlessly engage each attendee, despite the current social distancing restrictions in place.
Our managing director, Francois, gave attendees an overview of Exigy, as well as how we provide businesses with seamless solution implementations for companies of all sizes across numerous industries. It was great to see several business owners interested and asking questions about Exigy and our positive history with the hotel industry in Italy!
Next up was Marco, our Solutions Architect, who ran our attendees through a comprehensive demo of the functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and its applicability within hospitality organisations. This fascinating segment was the highlight of the webinar, with numerous attendees using the Q&A feature within Teams to inquire more about the adaptable platform.
The Q&A section, as the final part of the webinar, was concise as both Francois and Marco answered some key questions asked by some of the hotel industry’s leaders about how this award-winning platform may be used to bring out the best in each of their respective businesses.
“We feel that our first webinar in this series was a great success,” said Francois, “It was exciting to acquaint ourselves with several industry leaders within the Italian hospitality sector. We look forward to continuing our discussions, as well as meeting with more businesses interested in adopting digital transformation in the next entry of the series, which will be happening in the coming weeks.”
